I warned you that they are a lot of fun! And so they were! The audience were still shouting for encore at 11:30 pm.

The Silver Creek Mountain Band has been mesmerizing South African audiences with their unique style and acoustic instruments for over 30 years.

Silver Creek Mountain Band

Silver Creek covers all kinds of music consisting of English, Irish, Scottish and American tunes from the sixties folk revival period. Although they play through amplifiers Silver Creek promises to stay true to their acoustic roots. If a laid back evening of good old fashion music is your scene Silver Creek will fulfill your highest expectations.

You will want to hear their stories and you will want to hear them sing. You will want to meet Rod and you will want to tell about that day.

Meet them at Potters Place on February 25!

For more info on the band and some interesting old photos take a look at their website: www.silvercreekmountainband.co.za .

Rod’s hands make music.
